**Mortgage Administrator**

**Location**:Tilehurst, Reading

**Salary**:£23,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**About the role**

Alongside your client-facing duties, you’ll maintain internal systems and records, and assist with general admin tasks around the office, such as diary management, filing and office organisation.

**About you**
- Have an eye for detail, accuracy is a must
- Have strong customer service skills, be confident and personable
- Be methodical and organised, able to follow established processes
- Have good ICT skills, confident with Microsoft packages
- Demonstrate an understanding of GDPR, data security and the importance of compliance
- Have great communication skills, able to communicate effectively both in writing and on the phone with a variety of stakeholders
- Work well in a small team, happy to get stuck in and help others when needed
