**County Care** is a specialist provider that delivers support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs within Surrey. We support individuals between the ages of 18-65 years old with all aspects of their daily lives, ensuring that they have maximum opportunities and choices for developing new skills. It is important to us to promote independence with our service users and give them the opportunity to access the community and lead a fulfilled life.

This role will require you to support at our Knaphill Hub. We are looking for people who are full of enthusiasm, motivation and can provide high quality care. Someone who is not afraid to get stuck in to every activity and promote independence and equality at all times.

Your duties will be to support with a variety of activities. Some of the activities you will required to support and get involved with include:

- **Project Radio**:

- **Project Cafe**:

- **Arts and crafts**:

- **Volunteering in community projects and events as part of a bigger team.**

**ESSENTIAL**:

- You MUST have a valid licence to drive in the UK and use of a car to transport service users.
- Due to the nature of the role a full enhanced DBS check will be done.
