Gaydon, United Kingdom Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd Full time

Job no:
**510566**
Work type:
**Graduate Position**

**Location**:
**Gaydon, Warwickshire**
Categories:
**Quality**

As our next Quality Plant Graduate, you'll be a valued integral part of our Quality Plant team. As part of your role, you’ll interpret and manipulate data, finding the root cause of problems and providing your conclusions with a solution-focused outcome.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be driven, self-motivated, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. This role requires an individual who is capable of communicating with people at all levels, from technicians to senior management, to relay your findings and solutions. Working within a team of 6 professionals, you'll support and provide solutions for issues/problems raised within your remit.

You're not the type to shy away from challenges or struggle with technical information. Instead, you possess the ability to understand and convey technical details in a comprehensive manner for both technical and non-technical individuals. Additionally, you are not satisfied with merely desk-based work and welcome the opportunity to be involved in shop floor activities and hands-on investigation of the product.

In this role, you will have the chance to network within the Aston Martin community, gaining valuable experience and building connections. The opportunity for hands-on learning will allow you to develop your skills at a faster pace. Everything you need for success is available to you here, with time on the job being utilised to its fullest potential.

As a Quality Plant Graduate, you possess stamina, persistence, drive, self-motivation, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Your ability to communicate effectively with people across all levels, from technicians to senior management, is vital. You thrive in a solution-focused environment and constantly seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

In summary, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, collaborate with various departments, and contribute to the success of Aston Martin. If you are motivated by challenges, enjoy being part of a solution-focused environment, and have a passion for the car industry, then this role is perfect for you.

The Key Requirements...
- Any type of science or engineering-based degree
- You'll have evidential hobbies and extracurricular activities which demonstrate your ability to have a passion to fix things; be it tinkering with your own car, building things or any type of hands-on project. Where you can showcase your ability or have a passion for being hands-on with a solution-focused outcome
- Taking accountability and having an analytical mindset to problem-solve issues by collaboratively working with different groups of people

At Aston Martin, we take great pride in our brand history and the family feel that permeates throughout our organisation. Joining Aston Martin means becoming part of a business that is committed to excellence and has a breadth of exposure in the luxury automotive industry.

Here at Aston Martin, our mission is to embark on an exciting new era for the business, and we need individuals who have the courage to write their own chapter in our journey towards becoming the world's most desirable ultra-luxury British performance brand. Our purpose is clear, and we are striving to achieve our goal of becoming the epitome of luxury and performance.

When you join Aston Martin, you become part of a team that works towards a common goal, helping us to shape the future of the brand. But we know that no one builds an Aston Martin on their own. Behind every legendary car and iconic landmark, there are countless individuals who make extraordinary things happen every day. That's why we honour the name of every person who has ever been part of our incredible legacy by inscribing them on the walls of our factory.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference. In this role, you will have the chance to diagnose issues and provide solutions, witnessing the tangible results of your efforts and experiencing the satisfaction that comes with resolving problems.

People stay with our business because of the pride we have in our brand history, the excellence we strive for, and the fact that we are known as an employer of choice in the industry.
