Recruiting for a BID Co-ordinator for an Architect company, who has been in the market for 60 years, supplying globally. They have worked on major UK Projects and work with clients such as PWC. New BID Co-Ordinator opportunity, for an experienced proven professional BID Co-ordinator, to work for an award-winning company and progress your career.
We need a professional BID Co-ordinator with excellent attention to detail and communication skills to co-ordinate and produce the proposal documents of the companys design projects.
It is essential to understand Marketing Analysis of the marketing industry and the competitors. This will include knowledge or previous experience of client focused and indirect marketing.
Here you will be engaged in supporting the Directors and Sector Leaders, while reporting to the Northern Regional Head of Marketing.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Manage and support the BID process, programme, and documentation, communicating with teams regarding requirements/deadlines.
- Produce, format, and oversee BID submissions
- Assisting at events.
- Be in regular contact with senior team members.
- Manage relevant input and content in their Marketing Information Systems.
- Liaise with the regional marketing and central communications teams regarding matters like new projects.
- Prepare award submissions
- Assist with the compilation of brochures and presentations
- Undertake bespoke sector of service line research
- Update key registrations.
- Assistant with the organisation of sector/studio events either in house or externally.
Skills and experience required:

- Marketing Co-ordinator experience
- BID Co-ordinator experience
- Good understanding of business development and marketing
- Experience within design or construction industry
- Knowledge and experience of indirect marketing
- Capable of using Open Asset, Zoho and Deletek
- Experience with client focused marketing
- Able to build strong relationships
