**The Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced **Recruitment Consultant** to join our Liverpool team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic team and have an integral part in the growth and success of the team.

You will be offered a clear path of progression, with the opportunity to recruit in the temporary market.

You will be working on an established desk/area and will responsible for the following:

- Business Development
- Networking
- Administration of CRM system
- General administration and compliance support

**About You**

We are looking for an individual with at least 1+ years' experience working at a similar level. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and be part of a team with a long track record of success. - Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
