Location: We are in the Berkshire countryside between Reading and Basingstoke.

**Salary**: From £35,810 depending on experience and suitability.

- The ability to analyse, and interpret data, charts, spreadsheets, and schedules.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload, resources, and deadlines within high pressure complex environments.

Key Accountabilities:

- Support the identification of new requirements, develop justification, and outline schedules.
- Support transformation activities and project delivery to time, cost, and quality.
- Review and coordinate amendments to contractual and operational documents and relevant annexes.
- Work with DNO and tech centres to support the development and delivery of Integrated Plans.
- Coordinate Service and Surveillance integration and manage required tasking.
- Liaise with internal AWE and external DNO/US stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the GFA Manager to maintain and promote strong working relationships with US counterparts and DNO colleagues.
- Lead, initiate, and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.
- Proactively coordinate a variety of stakeholders to ensure inputs required and/or changes to reports are communicated and understood.
- As this role works closely with US counterparts, there may be a requirement for occasional late afternoon/evening meetings, as well as travel within the UK and to the US.
- The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.

There will be the opportunity to travel with this role, typically once every three months within UK for a short trip. In time there will be the opportunity to travel to the USA, up to two trips per year.

The role is based on site, with the primary office being behind card access control systems (CACS). Hybrid working is limited for this role due to the nature of what we do, there may be the ability to work from home one day a fortnight. We work flexibly wherever possible and can accommodate late or early start and finishes - within fulltime hours.
