Caregivers / Care Assistants Required To work in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. No experience necessary as full training will be provided.

Pay rates start at £12.40 per hour before additions. We pay best rates. (To compare with other rates, this is **£13.90** inc. holiday pay or £13.30 with travel time included)

Additional payments for evenings, weekends, mobile data allowance, mileage at 40p per mile, travel and 28 days paid holiday per year.

Total Living Care (TLC) is a family business which has been providing reliable, quality care to the local community since 1998. TLC is a founding member of the Ross Care Group (rosscaregroup.org). This group is comprised of all the established care agencies in Ross-on-Wye and provides the vast majority of local home care. All members consider themselves to be "small enough to care" and are proud that all owners and managers know all clients and carers. The Ross Care Group are pushing initiatives to assist with the integration of Health and Social Care and see many great career opportunities opening up.

TLC is seeking Caregivers / Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team in Ross-on-Wye. You will provide all aspects of personal and domestic care services to the highest standards whilst maintaining our client’s independence within their own homes.

We are looking for committed Care Assistants / Support Workers who demonstrate compassion, integrity, empathy and reliability. Your role will be to provide our clients with functional and emotional support including companionship, support with medication, assistance with personal care, helping to prepare meals as well as assisting with social activities. Many of our staff started with little or no experience as attitude is all we need to train you to be an invaluable part of our community.

Part-time hours: 40 per week
