key roles:

- **Conducting Recruitment Interviews and Training Sessions**: You will be responsible for the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and facilitating training sessions for new staff members.
- **Handling Customer Complains**: Your role will involve managing customer campaigns, ensuring effective communication, and addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
- **Leading Supervised Deep Cleans**: You will lead supervised deep cleaning sessions, ensuring our clients' spaces are thoroughly and meticulously cleaned to the highest standards.
- **Conducting Staff Cleaning Inspections**: Your attention to detail will be crucial in conducting regular inspections of staff cleaning performances to maintain our service quality.
- **Airbnb Cleaning Checks**: You will oversee and conduct Airbnb cleaning checks to ensure our clients' properties are prepared and maintained according to Airbnb standards.
- **Assisting with Regular Cleans During Staff Sickness and Holidays**: Your flexibility and dedication will be needed to step in and assist with regular cleaning duties during staff sickness and holidays, ensuring continuity of service for our clients.
