**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estate Agent Assistant/Administrator. As an Agent Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our agents and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the agency. This is an exciting oportunity to get experience working in property.

**Duties**:

- Answering telephone calls, taking messages and handling enquiries
- Coordinate property viewings for potential tenants
- Assist in taking referencing for potential residents and in the preparation of rental agreements and contracts
- Assist with marketing activities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants
- Assisting office coordinator and wider administration team in the office.
- Electronic and paper file management to include archiving and scanning.
- Provide support in maintaining and updating marketing and lists.
- A confident knowledge and experience of using Microsoft office, databases and data entry experience.
- Provide assistance in day to day business activities which may include property visits.

**Key Skills**
- A confident knowledge and experience of using Microsoft office, databases and data entry experience.
- The ability to work on their own initiative but also take instruction.
- Great customer and communication skills are an absolute must.

**Salary**: £22,000 - £25,000 dependant experience

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Time: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday

28 days holiday (includes Bank Holidays)

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
