As a Welsh-Speaking Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a vital role in supporting students in their educational journey. Whether you have experience in sports coaching, volunteer work, or other backgrounds, we welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about education and making a positive impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, assisting them with their learning tasks.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to reach their full potential.
Assist the classroom teacher with planning and implementing engaging learning activities.
Utilise your Welsh language skills to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
