We are a local, family run, welding supplies distributor based in Telford, Shropshire. We're looking to employ a Van Sales Representative to join our successful sales team based in the Mid & West Wales area. You will be expected to visit various customers in CBL's fully stocked van, complete quotes, process orders, generate new leads and provide excellent customer care.

We will be offering a competitive basic salary dependent on previous sales experience, product knowledge and industry contacts. As well as commission based pay to supplement the basic salary.
- Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- New Business Development skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Prior experience within sales is preferred
- Familiarity with welding supplies, industrial tools and other related products is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
