**About the role** Your contributions will help us create new opportunities and possibilities every day for us, for the countrys infrastructure, and for yourself. Join our Asset & Technology Solutions team as a Team Administrator - Survey Services and open up new pathwaysyou never dreamt possible.
**What you'll be doing** As an Administrator, you will have the following accountabilities:
- Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered to allocated team
- Be fully conversant in MS Office to produce a range of spreadsheets, documents and presentations, as required
- Undertake multi diary management and plan schedules in diaries to optimise the working time of allocated team
- Arrange and attend team meetings/conferences as required, to take minutes, and ensure appropriate facilities are organised
- Prepare and track personal expenses and other ancillary expenditure
- Maintain accurate and secure paper based/electronic filing systems, including archiving
- Book travel and accommodation arrangements for team
**Who we're looking for** You will have the following:
- Secretarial and/or administrative experience
- Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales
- Very strong customer focus
- Excellent typing speed and IT Skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
