We are currently seeking a motivated Packing Operatives to work in our state-of-the-art facility, operating in a chilled environment to ensure the quality and freshness of our products. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect role for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Packing and Sorting: Carefully inspect grapes for quality, sort them, weigh them correctly and pack them into designated containers.
- Quality Control: Ensure all packed grapes meet our quality standards, paying attention to any defects or imperfections.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep workstations and packing areas clean and organized to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of packing operatives, cooperating to achieve daily production goals.
- Adhering to Regulations: Follow all company policies and procedures related to food safety and health regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate packing machinery and equipment following operational guidelines.
- Hours of Work: 7am-7pm

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in fruit packing or agricultural settings, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to spot defects or inconsistencies in the produce is crucial to maintaining product quality.
- Team Player: Collaboration and effective communication with colleagues are essential for a smooth workflow.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are vital to meeting production targets.
- Flexibility: The role may require working on weekends or during peak periods.
