Forklift Operator

**Job description**

We are currently looking for an FLT Driver to join our team, to work in Knottingley/Normanton on a permanent basis. Working 12 hour shifts Monday to Friday, days and nights, working onsite at a clients premises.

Must have up-to-date and official Fork-Lift Truck training.

**General duties**
- Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly checks for the Forklift Trucks are carried out
- Reporting any faults caused by the Forklift Truck immediately and/or damaged caused if applicable
- Loading & off-loading goods as required to support the collection, delivery and movement of goods into the correct stock locations
- Ensuring internal movement of pallets is carried out promptly
- Ensuring that the housekeeping of empty pallets is maintained and when required assist in clean up duties
- Performing necessary material handling to support the requirements of the stock control team
- Packing the items onto pallets and wrapping them for dispatch
- Wrapping the pallets ready for dispatch
- General Warehouse duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Normanton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- FLT Counterbalance licence (required)
