Role Responsibilities - This role will be split between the Service & Parts Departments, You will be able to answer all customer enquiries via telephone, internet and on site, you will ensure that all customer queries whether in person or on the telephone are answered or dealt with immediately. You should have the ability to be able to quickly build rapport with our Customers and understand customers individual requirements.
Role Requirements - You will have the ability to convey enthusiasm and knowledge every time you interact with a customer, have a passion for delivering customer excellence, be able to actively maximise every sales opportunity, overachieve on targets and exceed customer expectations by always acting with integrity, professionalism whilst representing the brand.
The Company -Established over 25 years ago, represent 3 Motor Manufacturers from 7 locations across the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Warwickshire and we are one of the best privately owned Motor Groups in the region.
