Finance Graduate

**Finance Graduate** required with an interest in IT for a growing company based in Poole, Dorset. The role is offered on a hybrid or fully remote basis and would suit a Finance Graduate who is highly analytical and has a passion for technology and enjoys being challenged as technology changes. Along with the key duties, you will be required to work with the team to analyse challenges, commercial needs and functional requirements such as budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial consolidation, dashboards, modelling and work closely with internal resources.

**Key duties:

- **
- Work with clients to understand their Reporting / Analytics, Consolidation & planning requirements
- Liaise with the consultant to implement Analytics, Planning & Reporting solutions on SAP platforms
- Be responsible for delivery of projects along with consultant
- Build a rapport with customers
- Maintain product skills & functional knowledge

**Qualifications and experience:

- **
- 2.1 Degree in Finance
- Strong numerical, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as Accounting practices / standards, Financial Statements, Statutory reporting, Key Financial metrics / ratios
- Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Willingness to travel (the UK and possible international)
- The ability to speak a foreign language would be a bonus
- A strong can-do attitude
- An appreciation of end-to-end financial business processes
