We are currently recruiting for an **Office/Accounts Administrator **to support the Office Manager and Accounts team based in The Jewellery Quarter.

The **Office/Accounts Administrator **will be responsible for supporting the team in any duties assigned to including:

- Entering invoices
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Processing orders
- Scanning and filing
- Assisting with projects
- Printing labels
- Assisting with daily post

**Skills & Experience;**
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of an accounting software

This is a **permanent role** with and immediate start and with the **starting salary of £19,000 to £21,000** per annum with the opportunity to progress into the accounts department.

The role will suit someone who has some office experience but who is eager, willing to learn new skills and become a valued member of the current team.

The working hours will be **9am - 5pm Monday to Friday** with a Saturday required on a rota basis dependent upon workload.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
