Service Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our company as a Service Coordinator

Our Company, Tarplett Generator Services Ltd, have been supplying and maintaining diesel generators for over 25 years. We are proud of the service we provide to our customers for both new and quality used diesel generators.

In the role, you will support both Sales Team and Service Team to help build better relations with customers and the team. The role will be a fast-paced position with a variety of responsibilities, including diary planning, liaising with engineers, key accounts liaison along with admin duties and telephone support.

The role is brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual. With plenty of variety & daily contact with customers, you will need to be confident, flexible, and able to use your initiative. You will be part of a team driven with a passion to making a positive difference.

**Key Task & Main Duties**
- Diary Management: co-ordination and planning of a fast-paced environment in a concise, timely and efficient manner.
- Key Account Liaison; Actively engage and support outstanding customer service throughout the whole customer journey
- RAMS; assist with the preparation and distribution of RAMS and other required documentation
- General Admin; Processing quotes, sales order, purchase orders
