**Job Title**: Order Fulfilment Supervisor.

**Reporting To**: Senior Management.

**Job Summary**:To be responsible for the entire Order Fulfilment department, achieving daily KPI’s, supervising staff and producing reports, whilst delivering on innovative projects to develop the department and support the growth of the business.

**Person Specification**:As the Order Fulfilment Supervisor, you will be someone who thrives on total autonomy and responsibility, as you will be relied upon to supervise the entire Order Fulfilment Department.

You will be hard working, extremely reliable and flexible with a hands-on enthusiastic can-do attitude. You will be methodical, focused, and analytical to achieve consistent results and reports. You will have a commercial outlook with bundles of problem-solving abilities, show strong leadership and personable communication skills to lead a team with vision.

**Duties and Responsibilities **(will include, but not be limited to)**:

- General Running of the Workshop
- Strategically supervise the Order Fulfilment Department (including but not limited to):Goods In/Goods Out (including stock control), Manufacturing and Pick and Pack, to achieve reliable daily KPI’s and targets.
- Investigate any service or operational failures to ensure they are understood and prevented in the future.
- Produce daily / weekly / month reports on the efficiency of the Order Fulfilment department, employee performance and KPI’s.
- Provide analytical feedback and implement suggestions based on reports and findings to improve efficiency, solve problems, and reduce costs.
- Action and oversee implemental changes in department.
- Develop Order Management Systems based on the needs of the business.
- Assist Senior Management on projects in line with the overall growth strategy of the business.
- Plan and supervise seasonal peak trade of the Order Fulfilment Department including forecasting, recruitment, and training.
- Compliance with company’s policies and vision.
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all warehousing, stock handling, shipping, and consumer contracts legislation requirements.
- Maintain the physical condition of all Order Fulfilment equipment, performing general maintenance, and organising for servicing or repairs if required.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and courier companies.
- Contribute to team effort by being hands on when required.
- Adhering to and developing health and safety policies and regulations.
- Conducting Stock Takes:

- Ad-Hoc (Monthly)
- Year End
- Monitoring Stock Levels and forecasting future requirements to establish purchasing requirements (on a weekly, monthly and peak seasonal basis)
- Placing orders via OrderWise and liaising with suppliers as necessary
- Updating Prices on OrderWise to match supplier invoices.
- Ensuring daily targets are met and orders fulfilled in a timely manner (Manufacturing, Customer Service and Despatch).
- Checking sales and ensuring that OW is working efficiently (monitoring unaccepted orders, spotting and resolving orders glitches, etc)

**Line Management**
- Lead and motivate with vision and purpose.
- The voice of Senior Management to department.
- Plan work rotas, including scaling up / down as appropriate due to the needs of the business and peak season trading.
- Approving annual leave.
- Setting team milestones, KPIs and metrics to drive team performance.
- Running through and actioning tasks on daily checklist
- Checking daily checklist from OF Team members
- Assisting with recruitment by developing interview processes with HR, attending interviews, orienting new starters, and providing training.
- Maintain Order Fulfilment staff by coaching, reviewing 15Five weekly submissions & conducting performance reviews.
- Addressing issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, absences etc.
- Writing / updating job descriptions.
- Facilitating Staff Purchases.
- Keeping on track with the projects as listed on the Monday board (for quieter times)

**Health and Safety**
- Fire Alarm Check (Liaising with 3rd party service providers)
- Fire Extinguisher Checks (Liaising with 3rd party service providers)
- Emergency Lighting Check
- Racking Check
- Step Ladder Check
- Updating H&S on Peninsula Platform

**General**
- Key holder.
- Opening and closing of the workshop.
- General maintenance of the company workshop including cleaning, emptying bins, and general tidying in line with Health & Safety Regulations.
- Ensuring department and company Health and Safety rules are adhered to.
- Answering of all phones if needed.
- Answering door and greeting visitors, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
- Cover annual leave / sickness.
- Assisting and supporting the Senior Management Team.
