**Main Tasks**:

- To provide a comprehensive support function to the Project and Strategy Manager
- To assist in the set-up, on-going management and delivery of large-scale projects To oversee and manage smaller projects from development to delivery
- To manage and update work programmes across the Town Council
- To support in the production of consultation projects working with the Communications Officer to deliver and present results
- To obtain quotes for goods and services within the correct procurement process for projects
- To maintain good relationships with external contractors and manage work programmes with them where required
- Liaise with community groups, partner organisations and contractors
- To support and deliver where required community engagement for specific events relating to projects for the Town Council
- To provide cover for other staff when required
- To work flexible hours when required to meet deadlines
- To undertake other duties of a reasonable nature commensurate with the post
- To undertake training as and when required or requested

**Salary**: £24,496.00-£26,845.00 per year
