Delta Care Ltd are looking to appoint a Handy Person for general maintenance duties. The Handy Person is responsible for maintenance of all properties and vehicles of Delta Care Ltd.

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Install or assemble new fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Check the fire systems of all Delta Care premises and maintain in good working order
- Report and damage and defects to equipment immediately
- Maintain the gardens
- Plumbing
- Attend any training courses as required for the performance of duties.
- Be available in an emergency to support
- Driving duties as required

- Ability to work on your own innitiative

Note: A clean valid driver's license is required.

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
