**Responsibilities**:
To carry out all manner of maintenance required to maintain a high standard of presentation and to fulfil all requirements of health and safety for company sites in Preston.

Maintenance work could include:

- Electrical Work
- Plumbing Work,
- Joinery and Plastering Work.
- Water tank checks and tests
- Maintain gardens
- Hot and Cold Water Temperature Tests
- Weekly Door Stop Tests
- Emergency Lighting tests
- Maintain bin stores
- Collection and delivery of stock
- Any other duties as directed by Manager

The position also includes other duties as and when requested by the Property Manager in order to facilitate the smooth running of the Accommodation.
