- Full study support provided

You will need to have had exposure to putting together a set of management accounts but full training and mentoring will be provided.

There will be plenty of room for career progression as the business grows

They have a finance assistant who looks after accounts payable and accounts receivable so you can purely focus on the month end process and management accounts.

*Opportunity to move to one of their offices worldwide if you so wish*

The Role:

- Support the FD in delivering financial data and reports
- Own the management accounts process (training and support with be given so in time you will also provide analysis and commentary
- accruals and prepayments
- Analyse timesheets and look at project profitability
- Assist with payroll
- Assist in the preparation of group and statutory accounts
- Support with the yearly audit and dealing with auditors
- Look at opportunities to improve current processes in finance and operations
- Ad hoc analysis when required

The person:

- Experience using various finance systems
- Competent in Excel
- Studying towards ACCA/CIMA or fully qualified
- Ideally experience within a creative/ design/ digital agency
- A positive attitude, able to speak to non finance staff within the agency
- Ambitious
- Self motivated
