We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our Culligan UK&I team.

As a member of our HR team you will be the first point of contact to management and employees, providing advice and guidance and coordinating operational elements of the employee life cycle.

This is an excellent role for a HR Coordinator looking to take the next step up in their career.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coach, develop and provide advice to managers and senior leaders across the region on all areas of the employee Life cycle to enable confident line management decisions
- Manage any associated risks with decision making, ensuring that employment legislation is adhered to, whilst balancing this with a strong commercial awareness
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to support the people strategy
- Support M&A projects including TUPE and redundancy and subsequent change management activities
- Coach and provide guidance to embed the principles underpinning the annual PPM process and any compensation proposals
- Support and complete the talent review process for the region, working in partnership with key stakeholders, to enable this insight to feed into the overall business talent and succession plans
- Identify trends and future facing issues, proactively to enable the team to plan accordingly
- Work with our Internal Communications team to support the wellbeing and employee benefits agenda
- Manage effective communication channels to ensure information is shared with team members within the region
- Identify opportunities to develop and align HR policies and procedures across business entities, supporting the annual Policy review
- Utilise data and resources to provide insight and analysis to business stakeholders to help drive continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of collaboration and working together to deliver the organisation’s vision, values and strategic objectives
- Work with the talent team to ensure our new team members receive a positive onboarding experience
- Work in collaboration with the HR Hub to ensure an effective and efficient transactional HR service to all colleagues
- Supporting regular governance payroll calls
- Demonstrates our company values everyday by role modelling the behaviours and actions that drive a performance culture
- Drive a Health & Safety mind-set and encourage all employees to report all incidents, observations & near misses

**Who are you?**
- An experienced individual who is familiar with working in a HR environment, providing first line generalist HR advice
- Confident and comfortable in learning, understanding and developing various HR systems.
- Ability to travel within sites across a large geographic region and work away from home at times as required for business purposes
- Ability to manage your time effectively whilst working on a range of complex matters within a fast-paced commercial environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation with experience of large scale projects
- Professional and personable with the ability to quickly build rapport and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally with the ability to influence at all levels
- CIPD qualified (desirable) or supported with relevant experience
