We have a strong vision and drive to deliver excellence in person centred care and support, seeking to empower and build confidence in the people who use our services, to lead healthy and fulfilled daily lifestyles.

Due to internal promotions, we are looking for an experienced and qualified Deputy Team Leader within our Castle Douglas HMO and Outreach provision to ensure the excellent support provision is consistent and expanded across the region.

You will have experience working at a similar level with a proven track record within a relevant setting and hold SVQ 3 qualification or similar relevant qualification and a willingness to work towards SVQ4 and SVQ4 L&M.
- 35 hours per week

**Salary**: £22,295.00 per year
