Job Description*
JOB SUMMARY*
We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to be responsible for front of house and providing general administrative support to the Glencar team.
*
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Answering the head office phone, taking accurate messages, transferring calls internally
- Greeting all visitors into the office, advising on local parking, ensuring signing in procedure is followed
- Hospitality for visitors and internal meetings, offering refreshments and arranging breakfasts or lunch
- Monitoring office necessities such as stationery and kitchen supplies and ensuring these are fully stocked
- Management of the post, re-routing to the correct department, ensuring external post is delivered on time
- Getting legal documents signed, executed, and sent to 3rd parties
- General ad-hoc admin support to Directors, Senior Management, and the wider team
- Administrative support to the Estimating department - full training to be given
Qualifications*
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE*
- Confidence speaking to people on the phone and in person
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A friendly, can-do attitude - a team player
- The ability to multitask; if you are in the middle of admin, be able to answer the phones and man front of house simultaneously
