Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate manual machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of tooling selection and usage
- Familiarity with machining castings is a plus
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality control

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£32,032.00 per year
