**Role Overview**:
As a Home Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our dedicated team, focusing on meeting the personal care needs of our clients. Your responsibilities include upholding their dignity, promoting independence, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care services. Additionally, you'll contribute to general day-to-day activities within the clients' homes.

**Reporting to**: Care Coordinator / Home Care Manager

**Is the Home Care Assistant position suitable for you?**

- Prior experience as a carer is preferred but not mandatory.
- Having access to a car and a full UK driving licence is preferable, but not essential.
