As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role as part of a dedicated team, focusing on maintaining the personal care needs of our clients. **Reporting Structure**:
This position reports to the Care Coordinator/Home Care Manager.

**This Role Could Be Ideal for You if You Have**:

- A caring and patient nature
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Preferred: Previous experience as a carer, though not essential
- Preferred: Access to a car and a full UK driving license, though not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
