The Person
The role supports our property Technical Executive and Pensions Executive in the day-to-day operation of the pension schemes we run.
This is a varied role where you should be able to work under pressure in a team environment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout your work.
You will not be required to advise people relating to their pension schemes or property transactions however and it would be helpful to have has some property, pensions or financial services experience to perform the role effectively.
You will be able to demonstrate exceptional administrative skills and must have strong numeracy and literacy skills and the ability to perform well under pressure. You must be able to show initiative, have excellent IT skills, and the ability to prioritise and organise your workload.
As you will have contact with clients, third parties, and advisers, it is essential that you are professional and confident in dealing with people, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can work with total discretion.
