At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Create, author, edit, publish, and optimise digital content to engage target audiences, ensuring that it aligns with the company's branding and design guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Business Digital team to design and implement digital journeys that guide users through specific paths to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Digital Insights & Optimisation Analyst to develop and execute A/B tests using Adobe Target, analyse results, and make data-driven decisions to improve content and design elements.
- Review and test all digital content for errors or inconsistencies before publishing, ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of quality and user-centricity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other digital content specialists in the business to share expertise, learnings and best-practice recommendations.
- Help ensure a high-level of quality control across the Business Digital team by being part of the peer-review process with colleagues, providing constructive feedback and consistently adhering to best practices and standards in all digital outputs.
- Proactively keep up with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation, especially within the Adobe AEM ecosystem.
