Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related mechanical knowledge, materials handling, fabrication, tooling, and hand tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the operation and maintenance of garden machinery
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Handle materials and supplies in a safe and efficient manner
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Assist with tooling setup and maintenance
- Utilize hand tools for various tasks

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial processes
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with fabrication techniques and welding processes
- Familiarity with logic controllers and mill operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £450.00 per week
