**The Role**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide a flexible service which adapts and responds to intelligence, learning and evaluation, local priorities, national policy, and best practice.
- Carry out needs assessments, support plans and risk assessments with identified people who are sleeping rough and requiring floating support to secure access to services that are suitable for their immediate needs and make appropriate referrals
- Provide planned and targeted drop-ins/presence at a range of locations within the community and ensure a timetable of drop-ins and client activities from our offices
- Work with multiple agencies to ensure that anti-social behaviour is identified and challenged, taking a collaborative approach and balancing community safety concerns with person-centred support
- Establish supportive, trusting, and professional relationships with service users using an Appreciative Inquiry approach
- Recognise indications of substance misuse, mental health needs, domestic abuse, personality disorder behavioural issues and make appropriate referrals to relevant agencies

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work
- Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs including those who have been or are at risk of becoming homeless
- Working knowledge of Tenancy Support and the Housing Benefit system

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £17,952.00-£19,050.00 per year
