Multi-skilled Plumber

**About The Role**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our busy, high performing Responsive Maintenance Team.

This is a permanent role, on a full-time basis working 38hrs per week.

The overall purpose for this role is to find someone who can,
- General plumbing maintenance and basic multi skilling
- Removal of blockages and small drainage tasks
- Maintenance and installation of vented and unvented hot water systems

You will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in. The ability to work towards deadlines whilst working in a conscientious and tidy manner using your own initiative. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential and to be able to work with colleagues of all levels, both internal and external. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
