**Responsibilities**:
Grill and Gyros meats and vegetables.
Prepare appetizers, salads, soups and side dishesfrom recipes.
Be able to explain menu items to customers and provide recommendations.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain cleanliness standards including kitchen, dining room and utensils.
Follow preparation, uuwashing and storage procedures for food.
Follow sanitation requirements.
Follow food-handling guidelines.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
