We have a fantastic opportunity for Food and Beverage Assistants to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry Hotel and Resort, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. We have 319 bedrooms, Rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for golf.

**Ryder Grill**

The Ryder Grill & Kitchen is a 220 seat restaurant that offers a number of menu options, ranging from our stunning one rosette À la Carte menu to chefs table and a Sunday Carvery. The Ryder Grill & Kitchen also benefits from a theatre kitchen where we prepare and cook our steaks and roasts all in view of the guest.

**Salary**

The on target earning potential for this role is £10.06 - £10.38 hourly rate, compromising of a base hourly rate of £9.18 - £9.50 plus a qualified estimate of £0.88 gratuities per hour

**About the role**

As a food and beverage assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter or bartender:

- To welcome all guests a polite and friendly manner
- To deliver a great experience from beginning to end
- To confidently talk about our menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically
- To take orders from our guests and proactively ensure that all of their needs are met
- Cleaning and good hygiene practices are a large part of this role
- To work across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole.
