We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Assistant Technical Officer to join our friendly and dynamic Clinical Pharmacy team.

To assist and support in the provision of a safe and efficient Ward-based Pharmacy Service in accordance with Trust and local guidelines, policies and procedures.

**To include**:

- The management of medicines at Ward level, including Ward stock, Inpatient named supplies, waste and recycling.
- Labelling, dispensing and supplying medicines at Ward level.
- Proactively managing the pharmacy discharge process liaising with the Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) and pharmacy teams.
- Supporting the MDT with Bar Code Medicines Administration (BCMA) workflows at Ward level.
