**Position: Posting Clerk**

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all documents required for the sale of a vehicle
- Answer all phone calls and take messages as needed
- Maintain inventory of all inventory and prepare all necessary paperwork for sale
- Maintain a clean and organized office area
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Assist buyers in the purchase of a vehicle
- Process all paperwork and complete all necessary forms to close the transaction
- Submit completed paperwork to our finance department for review and approval.
- Verify all information is correct and complete.
- Assist buyers in selecting a vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:High School Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver license is required. **Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-16 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£10.54 per hour
