This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager experience on student accommodation projects to join a specialist Design and Build company who have a range of exciting projects in the South East.
Are you a Senior Site Manager looking to work on high value projects with a well establish Design and Build company? Are you looking to join a growing company, where there is opportunity to progress your career through to Project Manager?
This Design and Build Company work on a range of Student accommodation projects compromising of both new build and refurbishment works. They work in both the private and social sector, with a focus on student accommodation projects. This company currently turnover 20 Million and have a 5 year growth plan which will see their turnover double. They know that their employees are detrimental to their future success and so offer an excellent benefits along with progression to Project Manager and eventually ConstructionManager. Due to their growth plans they are looking for a Senior Site Manager with experience on Student accommodation projects to join their well-established company and aid in the successful completion of their current and future builds.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager who is looking to take a managerial role, whilst joining a principal contractor, with a strong pipeline of work and the opportunity to work on interesting high value projects and progress your skills.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will be involved on a two phase site in Lewisham worth £12M. You will have Your duties will include overseeing the project, management of sub contracts, Material Ordering and scheduling, health and safety on site,ensuring the projects are and discussions with Senior site staff and procurement of sites ensuing they are on budget and to plan. You will also be in the office reporting to the Construction Director, attending meetings with the Design and Commercial teamsas well as clients.
This Senior Site Manager role provides excellent exposure to the residential construction industry. Providing the opportunity to assist on bespoke projects and be part of a growing companies success.

- Ensuring projects are to time and budget requirements

- Senior Site Manager with Student accommodation experience
- Desire to work on high value projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and a Construction management qualification
