Optimo Care Group Ltd is a long-established regional care provider across the North of England. We are now ready to welcome an experienced HR Advisor into our dynamic team. If you already follow the Optimo Care Group you will have noticed that over the last few months, we have made some very exciting acquisitions. The Group is now made up of a number of subsidiaries across South & West Yorkshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Colchester. Operating locally as TLC Homecare, Local Care Services, Choices Specialist Care and Support, WarrenCare, Care with Choices, Safe Hands, Mayday, My Life Choice and Stepping Stones.

This job holder is responsible for the provision of a proactive HR practitioner service to line managers to enable them to effectively manage the employee lifecycle and deliver their people plans.

Delivering day to day operational HR activity across a defined client group and providing specialist HR advice to operational leaders on all people policies, procedures and frameworks in accordance with industry best practice, legal and regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Providing day to day operational HR support, advice and coaching to line managers, where business risk requires such.

Providing professional HR advice and coaching to line managers on all areas of the employee lifecycle

Developing, implementing and maintaining employee and line manager systems and tools as required.

Working with leaders to develop a forecasting culture which effectively identifies and anticipates Optimo current and future people needs, ensuring the organisation has the right people, in the right place, at the right time, with the right skills to enable the delivery of operational aims and objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience as a HR Advisor in busy, fast-paced, matrix environment

Proven experience and capability to deal with uncertainty, ambiguity and the intangibles

Proven experience and capability to deal with uncertainty, ambiguity and the intangibles

Actively seeks ways to develop understanding of organisational and sector issues

Strong knowledge of employment law

CIPD Level 5 or working towards
