**Commitment**
**Role Overview**
As an experienced and passionate individual, you will support the day-to-day fulfilment operation alongside our third-party logistics provider and provide support across multiple internal departments.
You will be the owner and responsible for maintaining the quality standards for the warehouse operation from product handling, storage through to how the goods are packaged to the end consumer and hygiene within the operation. You will be responsible for maintaining all documentation, managing training for new starters and managing continuous training programmes.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create a training programme and oversee packaging for all outbound material to ensure proper handling and protection during transit.
- Ensure correct material is used for each order and cost effective.
- Support continuous improvement of the packaging systems, development of packaging standards and improvements to existing packaging.
- Manage consumables at the warehouse, raise new purchase orders and manage shipping times with multiple vendors.
- Review newness and ensure correct storage media and packaging available on receipt of goods.
- Manage stock inventory through PI counts in our warehouse, create weekly reports and communicate with the business.
- Share weekly reports with Logistics Director.
- Review quality of stock and oversee damages and faulty goods with support of internal departments.
- 3+ years’ experience within Supply Chain / Logistics ideally for a leading multi-product, multi category, multi market luxury retailer
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Intermediate level in MS Excel, Word Document and PowerPoint
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, excited to join an early-stage project and ready to take it from start-up to scale-up
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, uses appropriate communication methods, actively listens
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
