Sommelier

We are currently looking for a Sommelier to be part of a new restaurant opening in Hove called Carne. The restaurant will have a modern twist on Mediterranean food, along with a cocktail bar.

The site is a nice size holding 40 covers, and has an expected launch date of the beginning of February.

As the Sommelier you will be expected to have a vast amount of wine knowledge, and be able to assist in teaching the front of house staff about wines.

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
