Sommelier/mixologist

CARNE is an exciting new restaurant opening in a historic site on a busy Church Road corner in Hove and we are looking for a drinks specialist to join our team.

The restaurant is currently undergoing a refurbishment and will be opening early February with an experienced team.

We will be designing ingredient led menus and showcasing the finest food and drinks available with a nod towards mediteranean cuisine.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all areas of our drinks program and will have a leading hand in designing and refining both our wine and beer lists along with our cocktails and cocktail lounge area menus.

The role will suit someone who has experience working within a similar high end establishment and who has a passion for excellence and wants to excel within the industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hove: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
