As Programme Co-ordinator you will provide planning, budgeting and administrative support to the Leadership and Organisational Development team's programmes and consultancy work.

Your main responsibilities will include
- Identify the key requirements of planning and running programmes, with the programme Director.
- Provide the day to day business and project support to programmes and projects and support the programme team in delivering high quality business practices.
- Creates and monitors programme budgets.
- Acts as the main point of contact for programme participants.
- delivers the technical support required for virtual programmes of work, and when required, ensure good client relationships and support.
- Supports the logistics and organisation of a wide range of events, relevant to the programme. For example workshops, seminars and meetings.
- Supports the delivery of project, programme and event materials. For example, information summaries, slides, briefings, templates, information packs and marketing materials.

- Has experience of an administrative role.
- Experience of providing good customer care.
- Experience of creating and managing budgets.
- Experience of working in a co-ordinator role for an organisation delivering virtual events/programmes.
