**About the role**

We are hiring for a People Systems Specialist in our Warwick location.

**Key accountabilities**

**About you**

In this role you will:

- Over time, you will develop solutions to system challenges, collect user requirements, research technical practices, engage with the technology vendor community and user groups to stay on top of leading practices
- Execute and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing for designated system changes and defect fixes
- Manage your work and projects, navigate ambiguity and build collaborative relationships to enable an exceptional user experience
- Be expected to take on responsibility that may be broader than their own work partnering on other HR projects
- Facilitate power user group sessions, to provide training or updates
- Solve problems, communicate effectively to all stakeholders, at all levels of the organization

Gas Transmission (GT) owns, manages, and operates the National Transmission System (NTS) in Great Britain, making gas available when and where it's needed.

We ensure that our network is safe, reliable and available, and that it delivers value for our customers and stakeholders, while minimising impact on the environment.

Metering is the largest asset manager of industrial, commercial and residential gas meters in GB - providing metering and meter reading services on behalf of GT.

We deliver high quality, value for money services - managing rental contracts and relationships with customers and gas suppliers and undertaking a range of activities to maintain our metering portfolio.

**What you'll get**

A competitive salary between £43,000-59,000 - dependent on capability

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.
