Square Peg Associates are recruiting an organised and self-motivated Customer Service Administrator, who can provide effective administration support to the office personnel.

The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support across the different functions of the business as and when required.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Salary is £19,500 + £450 office attire allowance (paid monthly), £1000 bonus opportunity and £250 Christmas Bonus. OTE £21,250.

Main Duties of the Customer Service Administrator will include:

- Office Administration and Customer Service - face to face and over the phone
- Inputting data and formatting of documents
- Keeping on top of stationery and supplies
- Ensuring workplaces and office environment is clean and tidy

The Customer Service Administrator will be required to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with clients, staff and suppliers and ensure consistent customer service is delivered. You will be required to provide general support to visitorsof the building as well as current employees.
