Office Administrator/customer Service

Snag Doctor Ltd. are offering an exciting new opportunity to join our expanding team working out of our Bury office.
As a company, we specialise in repairing chips, dents and scratches on a wide range of hard surfaces such as worktops, kitchen units, tiles, baths, shower trays, uPVC, brick, stone and glass. Our highly skilled team are able to carry out these fantastic repairs onsite and in-situ, saving our clients time, money and the inconvenience of sourcing replacements.
We are now looking for an outgoing, motivated Administrator to carry out the following duties:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Customer care work
- Client invoicing & invoice management
- Call and organise jobs for our Technicians
- General admin work
- Ordering stock & materials
- To ensure all admin systems are up to date
- Client management & sales
- Booking in work with customers
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- Outgoing, positive & friendly personality
- Great work ethic
- Admin experience
- Proactive approach to working
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong organisational skills
This is a new role and we are open to speaking to people who are both looking for full & part-time positions. If it is a Part-Time position you are looking for, you will need to be available to work at least 30 hours per week over 5 days.
The starting salary will depend on your level of experience and agreed contracted hours.
We are a growing business and we anticipate that there will be good opportunities to progress within the company for the right person.

Part-time hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
**Salary**: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
