Studio Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Studio Coordinator to join Sky Creative and help with the day to day running of the creative studio. You’ll be the glue of the team; making sure the right talent is on the right job and seeing projects from brief to print

Sky Creative work on a hybrid model and enjoy the best of both worlds with 2/3 days a week in the office and the rest working from home.

**What you’ll do**:

- Daily workflow management and resource allocation for multiple production teams including Digital development, Artwork, and Quality Assurance.
- Be the resource point of call to Account and Production Managers, creating close relationships to track project status/briefs and assets effectively.
- Directing weekly studio-wide planning resource meetings with multiple business units to ensure agency is appropriately resourced.
- Approving incoming project briefs to ensure clarity and feasibility of deliverables and deadlines prior to resourcing.
- On-boarding new starters and freelancers across multiple teams and training them on studio workflow tools.
- Costing, resourcing and scheduling additional third-party projects
- Managing timesheets for staff and freelancers.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience of working as a Studio Assistant/Coordinator or Resource Assistant/Coordinator (or an equivalent role) is desirable.
- Confidence in communicating, happily chairing meetings with a range of partners.
- Sociable persona with great organisational skills
- Project management experience
- Digital (Dev & Display) experience will be advantageous to this role
