Rockstar is on the lookout for a talented Production Coordinator who possess a passion for video game content authoring tools and solutions. This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar's unique game development studio in the heart of Edinburgh.

**WHAT WE DO**:

- We create and maintain software tools that are used by all game development disciplines to support the creation of all Rockstar Games projects.
- These software tools range from digital content exporters, a data processing asset pipeline to game, CI/CD automation systems and UI editors.
- We work to improve global communication between various disciplines of Art, Code and Design to ensure there is a clear workflow, with transparency of moving parts, to our fellow developers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide Production support to Tools teams
- Help establish and maintain processes to help standardise planning, tracking and communication across the team.
- Document development schedules, milestone objectives, status reports, and other supporting documentation clearly and accurately.
- Assign, prioritise, and track tasks using our in-house project management tools.
- Assist development teams in identifying and resolving issues preventing progress.
- Monitor and report on the team's bug and task queues using our internal project tracking tools.
- Coordinate agenda driven meetings, ensuring action points and other key information from meetings is clearly communicated and tracked.
- Generate and share reports that communicate significant development milestones within the team.
- Build and maintain relationships and communication processes across related teams to aid lining up of dependencies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1+ years of experience in Production, Project Management or QA roles.
- Applicant able to demonstrate initiative, problem solving and an understanding of agile development practices
- Positive, solution-oriented individual with a passion for game development and project management.

**SKILLS**:

- Strong Attention to detail, initiative, pragmatism and problem solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills. Must be able to work closely in a team setting and with other departments.
- Confident communicator. Must be happy to coordinate and facilitate meetings with team members of varying levels of seniority. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools.
- Flexibility and initiative, together with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

**PLUSES**:

- Experience in an Agile Development environment organising and tracking large amounts of information.
- Experience hosting meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Experience with report development software.
- Passion for and knowledge of the Gaming Industry.
