As a fast-scaling company with ambitious growth plans, we are now looking to appoint a highly organised, proactive Product Coordinator to support our busy product management and regulations team. The opportunity


This role provides vital administrative, technical document management, and workload support to the Product Management team, ensuring smooth operations and driving efficiency. You will create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage and generate technical documentation, and be the point of contact for prioritising and coordinating incoming requests.


As the backbone of the team’s operations, you’ll take ownership of data entry, diary management, and process improvements while helping manage the Product Management backlog. Your technical background and ability to navigate complex documentation will be key to fostering transparent and efficient workflows in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key areas of accountability:


Documentation management and resource library

  • Lead the translation and reformatting of product manuals in collaboration with translation agencies and Marketing.
  • Update and maintain internal training materials and the Product Management Training Hub.
  • Develop “How-To” materials and a comprehensive Product Management Handbook.

Technical writing

  • Format, manage, and edit technical documents with guidance from Product Owners.
  • Progress towards authoring technical documentation as product knowledge grows.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Collaborate across departments to develop, implement, and revise SOPs.
  • Streamline processes to maximise productivity and enhance team output.

Team support and service provision

  • Manage and prioritise incoming requests to the Product Management team.
  • Launch and maintain a team email inbox to streamline request tracking and response.
  • Support project management for new product introduction initiatives and conduct primary research and competitive analysis.

Data entry and systems

  • Own product data entry and creation activities for OEM partners and UK customers.

General administration

  • Provide diary and meeting management, set agendas, raise POs, and deliver general administrative support.


What You Will Need:


Relevant experience

  • Proven experience managing technical documentation and SOPs.
  • Administrative and document management experience in a technical team.

Skills and abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner).
  • Familiarity with agile Project Management approaches and productivity tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Clear, effective communication and a critical eye for detail.
  • Experience in technical writing, including editing and authoring documentation.
